Espace MV3 is designed to offer a prestige living environment, with quality building materials and high-performance systems — the best of suburban living just minutes from the urban core.
The challenge was to create a luxury brand that represents the prestige living environment. Because of the minimalistic approach, each element has to be carefully crafted and designed.
A typographic approach to the branding was used in subtle, elegant tones, to convey a sense of luxury. Black suggests luxury underscored with purple accents for vibrancy.
The new identity was very well received and we deployed in diverse promotional print materials, signage, website, billboards and banners consistent with this bold typographic treatment.
