Montreal, the world’s digital arts capital, each year hosts Printemps numérique (Digital Spring), which brings together some 120 public and private organizations for a citywide celebration of all things digital and cultural. For the 2015 edition, Monarque spearheaded the festival thematics, advertising, posters and official brochure, all of which appeared on multiple digital, print and outdoor platforms.
Monarque deployed colours from digital practice and the rainbow, together with graphics that suggest dynamic movement.
If success is measured in brand recognition, along with online and street buzz, Printemps numérique was once again an unqualified triumph for the city’s digital arts community, economy and global standing. Monarque is proud to have contributed to the festival’s explosive growth from 82 to 150 events, from 74 to 123 partners, and from 100,000 to 280,000 visits.
